I am currently able to offer sessions at the Mayfair Community Centre, Easthope Road, Church Stretton, Shropshire SY6 6BL. This centre offers facilities including disabled access, and a cafe serving hot drinks and snacks and is open between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

Sessions could last anywhere from 40 minutes up to 90 or more.  I charge per session rather than per hour, the reason being that I never want to have to terminate a session simply because 'time is up'.  I believe that the nature of the therapy dictates that the session ends at a point which is beneficial for the client rather than convenient for the therapist.  The fee is £85 per session. 

The number of sessions needed varies.  Some people notice change after just one session, whereas for some types of work up to 6 sessions may be required.  I would not normally envisage more than 6 sessions, save for in exceptional circumstances.  3 is the average number required.  Although it will be possible to give you an approximate idea at the first session, this sometimes needs adjusting up or down as the therapy progresses and we monitor progress.  We will agree this together.
