Give the gift of well-being!

Why not treat someone to a session or two of hypnotherapy? I did wonder if it would be a little strange to offer gift certificates for therapy, but decided actually it might be a really good way of encouraging someone to seek help to deal with an emotional problem, or to increase their well-being generally. Even without focusing on any particular 'problem', simply experiencing hypnosis can improve feelings of well-being, decrease anxiety, lower blood pressure, and other benefits. I always give my clients some tools to take away to use on their own, and always teach self-hypnosis. If this knowledge is embraced and utilised, the beneficial effects of hypnosis can last well beyond a session with a therapist.
